1. What are the age requirements to participate in jet ski tours?
To operate a jet ski yourself, you must be at least 16 years old. To ride with a passenger, a minimum of 18 years is required. The minimum age of the passenger is 6 years and they must be able to put their feet on the motorcycle.
All participants must present themselves with a valid document or a photo of it.
2. How long is the tour?
The duration of the tour is approximately 1 hour, ideal for an exciting and fun-filled experience along the coasts of Tenerife.
3. What should I wear on the tour?
We recommend that you wear swimsuits or comfortable clothing that can get wet. It is also advisable to bring sunscreen and sunglasses.
4. Can I take the tour if I don't have jet ski experience?
Absolutely yes! Our tours are suitable for both beginners and experienced pilots. Before the tour, we will provide a short information session on navigation, safe driving and use of the watercraft.
5. Do you offer a photo shoot during the safari?
Yes, we offer a professional photography service during the tour. Our guides are equipped with professional cameras and will be happy to capture the most exciting moments of your jet ski adventure in Tenerife. Each photo session includes approximately 100 high-quality photos. The photo shoot has an additional cost of €30, however it is included in the price of the Gold ticket.
6. Do you offer an object storage service during the tour?
Yes, we have free item storage where you can store items that you cannot take with you on the tour. Make sure you leave any valuables or items you don’t need during the activity at home
7. Do you offer a wetsuit rental service?
Yes, we offer a wetsuit rental service at a cost of €10 included in the gold ticket. If you want to enjoy the experience in maximum comfort and protect yourself from the water, you can rent a wetsuit directly from us.
8. Can I bring my GoPro on the tour?
Yes, you are free to bring your GoPro on the tour. However, to ensure your safety and the comfort of other participants, use of the GoPro is limited to chest or head mount. We invite you to securely attach your GoPro and enjoy the worry-free experience.
9. Is there parking available at the tour departure point?
Yes, a large private car park is available at the tour departure point where you can conveniently park your car and set off on the adventure without worries
10. Are there toilets available at the starting point?
Yes, toilets are available for participants at the tour departure point. You will enjoy clean and well-maintained bathrooms before and after the activity
11. Are there refreshment points nearby in case of need?
Yes, there are several food outlets near the tour departure point, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets. You will be able to meet any needs before or after the activity.
12. What will participants see during the excursion?
During the excursion, participants will have the opportunity to live a unique experience. Riding the waves in the open sea, they will be able to admire the beauty of Tenerife’s seascape and its local fauna while sailing. With a bit of luck, they might spot turtles, flying fish and other marine species. Furthermore, a stop at La Caleta, a local nature reserve, will offer them the opportunity to swim in its crystal clear waters and enjoy the tranquility of the place immersed in nature.
